By accessing or using ChatView, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service description
ChatView provides tools to save AI-generated content, create public share links, track views, and export data. Features may change as the product evolves.
Your content
You are responsible for content you save and publish. You must have the right to store and share that content. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
Public share links are accessible to anyone with the URL unless you restrict access on your deployment.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to breach security, abuse the API, scrape the Service excessively, or use ChatView to distribute malware or spam.
API tokens and admin credentials must be kept confidential.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatView and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by discontinuing use and deleting your data.
